god, where do I even start. First of all this is about toxic side and the crazy side of the ship and I do NOT ship bakudeku. No I don't hate bakugo no I am not homophobic stfu. For anyone coming in with a list of reasons to fight me please do but first listen to these reason.
Bakugo had been abusing izuku since they were kids. I repeat SINCE THEY WERE KIDS! uptill the age of 15. Bullying is still abuse and no it's not taken lightly. Bakugo told izuku to go off himself. Imagine having romantic thoughts about your abusers. Not izuku thought.
oh and someone is gonna come up with this bullshit like "oh! He has changed! He apologized!" "But it was all love disguised just rough love" "they have so much chemistry!" "Izuku loves bakugo so much though!". Bro apologised is season 7. SEASON 7! yes he has character development but he was still throwing the guy around! And if that was rough love then I hope to God you get the same rough love in your life.
Onto the chemistry bit yeah they had superb coordination and chemistry but as friends!? It's purely platonic!! And about izuku loving bakugo. Izuku admires him! Admiration is platonic, God forbid izuku looks upto bakugo and suddenly the fans think he wants to get french kissed by bakugo. Izuku also admires all might and aizawa and alot of pro heroes make sure to let him kiss them too!.
And they will come to this point. "Uhm actually izuku is very caring to bakugo and he literally looses control if anything happens to him🤓☝️" yeah okay genius cause they are friends!! They have been friends from childhood (atleast from izuku's side) later seasons they develop this 'brother from another mother typa shit' and it's so wholesome but as friends!!
