A good friend of mine has been dealing with toxicity in his family. He is looking to move out, but he needs financial help to move out of Vermont to where he wants to go. If it helps, try focusing on what you did between what is done since it sounds like you're focusing more on the outcome goals than the performance goals.

The only thing that really helps me get over it is getting affirmation from someone else that I did a lot

I kinda compare what I do to what I’m fully capable of so if I feel for any reason I slacked off or was slower or didn’t do as planned it just feels like I didn’t really do anything significant, that I could and should have done more.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT OUR MOVE

Our apartment complex has offered us a deal to stay another year for only $10 more than what we were paying so we are going to take the deal and stay. We dislike many things about this place but frankly, it would benefit us in the long run to stay put anyway now that the option it there. Originally, the complex was going to raise our rent SEVERELY to stay but due to the company taking a loss in reviews and tenants, I suppose they are trying to keep what they got.

Surprise! It's my birthday today! :D I'm weird and don't normally ask for gifts but they wouldn't go unloved.

Starting May 22nd, my HRT transition begins. Still getting comfortable with a true name and the new pronouns, but I know this is something I felt all my life. I had a feeling I was meant to have born a girl because of how much over my life I would feel like I more easily fit in with other girls. It tends to feel more natural for some reason. I felt like I didn't want to have been born a guy and became repulsed by fitting into any type of guy ideal. However, I felt I could never be allowed to appear feminine and had to get clever and act more non-binary about it over the majority of my life. It's new, it's scary, but the body dysphoria I've felt longer than I've realized can fade away so I can look how I really want to look, as Jessie.

New opportunity to refine character and art skills with Maddy? It's given me ideas for sure here that I can apply to other projects.

This was honestly the push I needed to give a character in the open, who barely started but, a chance again. I'm actually surprised he made as much of an impact as he did to be still so remembered.
