Dior Couture Spring 2024
Some of my succulents are really enjoying spring.
Especially my gollum jade (center) that I pruned a little bit ago, just look at all that new growth! My copper tone sedum (right) is flourishing too.
The Sedevaria Jet Bead (left) is somehow still alive after struggling ever since I bought it last year. I’m starting to wonder if pruning it would be of any benefit...
One of my window plant arrangements. On sleepy mornings when I’m having trouble waking up but feel the urge to be productive now now now, they remind me that sometimes sitting still and breathing is the thing that needs to be done.

Description
Sedeveria ‘Jet Beads’ is a distinctive hybrid of Sedum and Echeveria, with dark bronze tinted green foliage surrounding short sprawling stems, up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. The pointy tipped leaves are arranged along stems like a string of beads and take on a near black tone in cooler weather, giving this plant its cultivar name. It has yellow flowers in summer months.
“New jet cloak just arrived for Scott Davies, hopefully making its West End debut tonight! (…) It’s all made up of individual pieces of antique jet from our dealer. So no cloaks are ever identical“ (from Ceris Donovan’s Twitter)
