Some sketches I made for Jimmy Neutron Warrior cats AU

It's become kind of unwind thing of my lol

Still not satisfied with Jimmy, but I'm going to get to it eventually (i don't have WC names for the gang yet, It's kinda big deal to name them)

It's a kinda "silly turns more serious" as story progresses, and at least 1/3 of the plot is an odyssey (the movie plot with elements of the show plots + some original stuff) and soft cat sci-fi

The cats on second sketch are Rush'stream(Jet Fusion) and Shimmer'shine (Beautiful Gorgeous, yes I tried to keep her synonyms name)

They are Jimmy and Cindy's mentors (actually their second mentors but for different reasons)

I actually got BG mentor idea after re-reading one of the fanfics and thinking how their dynamic actually can be interesting as a mentor-apprentice dynamic

(also fanfact: they actually never directly interacted 1on1 in original lol but so are some other characters in this AU)

Also Goobot gives me huge vulture vibe (and yolkians as a whole, especially in concept arts)

They are specifically Himalayan vulture, which is not a species that you can see in nether north nor south america, so you can say they are an "alien species" (yes I think it's fun to try to convert aliens in different animal species and tight it up as a part of a plot)

sketched these out sometime last month but forgot to share them :0 I guess I was hoping I’d be able to draw more Jimmy Neutron stuff overall so I’d have one of those nice, big sketch dump posts instead, but that never really happened lol

anyway, the Jet Fusion episode was always one of my favorites as a kid, so I thought it’d be fun to try my own artistic interpretation of both Jet and Beautiful just for kicks haha
