I have a question about when jeremy showed up in hollyoaks. I didn't watch properly then, just read spoilers, but was wondering how his behaviour was initially? Ive seen a few snippets on youtube and was curious about others opinions of him
I don’t honestly remember too much beyond not trusting him. He came into it being very nice from what I can remember, saying he just wanted his family, and that Patrick was evil to him growing up. I started believing him and thought Martha was the evil one (she fully locked him in the allotments shed and was like drugging him, I think? and he was crying and everything, and they very much made it seem like martha was abusing him or something along those lines, but then they flipped it and showed us that Jez was the one controlling Martha. there was a lot going on 😭). But yeah, I didn’t really like him much — I liked where I thought they were going with him, making out that Jez was actually the “nice twin” but of course he was a serial killer 💀
will alive but still part of the family has the best angst potential and is a nice twist since there is already a will is alive fic in the fandom. he could fuck with Dodger so much after he got back. He probably figured out Jez right away
it has so much potential, he really would make Dodger’s life even worse. I love the idea as well that Will finally has what he wanted for the most part; Dodger leaves, and he’s gone for so long that he’s almost an outsider when he comes back, but Will has been there the entire time, part of the family. but then the assault happens, and in this universe, Dodger gets love and support, and Will is seething because it’s like he’s just undone 10 years of his work to almost erase Dodger. him finding out about Jez early on would fit so well with how he uncovered Patrick’s secrets before anyone, and he’d definitely try to use it to his advantage.

im probably never going to write it but I will have a massive page of notes on this au because im actually invested now, it would change so much (especially if we're taking the retcon and patrick saw a lot of jez in dodger, I can definitely see that worsening the abuse)
literally same though lmao I'm so invested (yesss, the retcon adds even more layers - funny how in this au, patrick would hate dodger for reminding him of jez, but in canon, it's more like jez hates dodger because he reminds him of patrick in the sense that he dodger is smarter than him and not able to be controlled, not to mention "taking" sienna from him like patrick "took" anna)
