Perfect? Nah… If you’ve cracked open even a sliver of my music, you would know it’s been anything close to perfect. What keeps me moving is that I’m not where I used to be. Even when you’re going through hard times, look at how far you’ve come. I’ve been almost homeless, I’ve been jobless, tired, depressed, & hopeless. Moments I wanted to throw in the towel. I’ve tried and tried and tried. Failed and failed and failed. I’ve almost given up on music multiple times due to lack of growth (or the perception of it). Almost stopped doing Write Mind due to lack of participation. Nonetheless… I stand on my own two, with a firm foundation on God and the motivation that every day gets one step better. Don’t be weary.
