So…what are the guys’ (NeZha included) human names? Do they have a Chinese name and an English name (like Bruce Lee did)?
They don’t have different names when in human form so their real names are their human names. And no. They do not have English names.
In America, their English is good enough that most people assume they’re ABC (and because of their names, second-gen). Chinese people don’t traditionally name their kids after other people and it’s pretty uncommon, but Chinese names are hard for people who don’t grow up surrounded by Chinese and ABCs are more fluid with tradition anyway. People just assume their parents named them after the characters or that they’re just nicknames.
When they wanna be more subtle, or they’re in China, they usually opt for their alternate names. So Wukong goes by Xingzhe or A’Xing sometimes, Wujing goes by Sha Seng or Seng Seng, and Bajie goes by Wuneng. Longma isn’t known as Longma by anyone outside of the group since that’s just his nickname and people usually refer to him as Yulong. He chooses not to go by Ao Lie because of his complicated feelings regarding his family and his status as (still technically) an exiled prince.
In America, they sometimes go by the pronounciation of their name in their native dialect so their names are less immediately recognizable (though still immediately recognizable to speakers of the dialect). So in Cantonese, Wukong, Wujing, and Longma go by Nghung, Ngzing, and Lungmaa/Juklung respectively. Bajie goes by Boihkai in Teochew and Nezha goes by Naita in Hakka.
