Neelh returned his expression, even though the illusion would not show it, feeling that a long time had passed between the last sound between them all.

"With pleasure."

She turned around and started to leave from the same entrance, before taking a sharp turn into another tunnel. Her mind probed ahead to make certain that no creatures would attack them.

Rauta remembered the makeshift boat he had used to leave Nynrah.

"We should make sure it isn't too damaged when we get back to it. There's no telling what may have happened to it if the rest of the archives look this bad."

Neelh grinned and span around on her heel, though the illusion didn't obey. She pointed to an exit and began to lead them out. "It's this way! I think. Maybe it isn't. But it could be, and if it is, that would be good." She shook her head. "Can't Matoran of Magnetism always point North, though? Maybe that would help... Ugh... Lepidus, why don't you lead the way?

Rauta folded his gauntlet armor back up. Vehi's method was a bit more effective than what he had in mind.

He looked at the remaining conscious hounds. They struggled with no success against their frozen shackles. They would likely tire themselves out before the ice melted.

Rauta checked his armor. Not seeing any damage, he said, "I believe I am ready."

"I think I have a better idea."

Rauta drew his blade. He scratched a circle in the ice above the gun. Lifting his blade above the circle, he let it slam into the ice, creating a small slit in the ice. Repeating the process a small distance down the perimeter, he continued until he had perforated the circle. He then dropped his blade into one of the holes and dragged it around the circle. When he was done, he gave the isolated block a shove to break it free on the bottom.

"Try it now."

"I'm a Toa of Iron, but I haven't quite gotten the hang of my powers."

Rauta knelt down and inspected the trapped gun.

"I bet it's flooded, though. We'll have to dry it out somehow before you can use it. It looks like it's made out of protosteel or something similar, so I don't think the internals would have burst from the water turning to ice."

Rauta skidded over to Neelh and Lepidus in time for Neelh to sit up. She seemed fine, but he would have to remember how much she disliked combat. It could be critical for future fights.

He recognized two of the other Toa from his vision. The fourth one was new, but the information Neelh supplied earlier told him it was Vehi, Toa of Ice.

Using what he had already learned, he was able to determine Jhedu as the leader. It seemed wise to speak with him first. He approached the Toa of Magnetism.

"As Neelh said, I am Rauta. I'm not exactly sure why or how I'm here, but I'll do as much as I can."

Sitting up, Neelh groaned. "Mata Nui... I need to get some better armour, or at least stay out of this sort of thing. Oh, who am I kidding? I'm a Toa! This is what we do, I suppose." With a smile that ended up like a grimace, she rubbed her back. "Never mind. Anyway, this is Rauta. I saw him coming a while back, but he's only just arrived. I relayed all the information he needs to know about today to him, and we're all here, so I guess we can go now. With our combined powers, do you think that we can carry the boat to the shore?" After another short pause, she shivered and chuckled to herself, "Mata Nui, ice is a pretty useful element, but this is freezing!"
