I will be busy today so I won't be able to write Chapter 7 today. So I will give you information of how Koda and Jhina meet and their childhood.
When Koda was little she hated to go to school, do to her having dyslexia and ADHD she had a hard time to learn things, especially reading and writing. The teachers tried to help her but she ended up ripping and destroying school materials like books, pencils and crayons, just anything. People saw her very different which made them not want to hang out with her. Especially when she sometimes acted wild like playing in the mud or bringing animals to the classroom. She was always messy, adventures and out going. A lot of people bullied her, especially call her a aggressive wild animal.
There has been moments where she gets into fist fast and one day she did bit someone in the arm because they pulled her ears and tail trying to put a chain to her. She got expelled and the parent of the child insisted on somewhat "putting the animal down" when in reality she was someones daughter with unique abilities. She was home school from there on but her parents were that much around do to them working on animal rescues, rehabilitation and traveling a lot to other countries. They decided to put her in a school that she won't have problems.
But even so, people didn't liked her and she wasn't allowed to hit others, home day she was beat up and people did put her a muzzle. That's when Koda meet Jhina. Jhina never meet her father, when her mother had her, her father had disappeared. People say that he ran away because of a crime he committeed but her mother knows that this time it wasn't him. Jhina has always lived in the mentality of having high standards, elegant, to be always organized and clean and be a working person. Everything had to be perfect. But even she didn't had friends.
She thought that making friends and so called "having fun" was a waist of time so she focus on studies and to be the best daughter for her mother. At the school, it was a boarding school. Jhina has a unique way of observing people, noticing from the small details to the biggest. And since she was the best of the best in that school, she notice that Koda was having trouble. Maybe it was her curiosity that made her go talk to her and offer some help. But mostly she was thinking that if any student can do it and change so did Koda.
Koda at first wasn't sure about Jhina, she would hiss and growl at her. Koda would get frustrated when she couldn't understand or write properly. Especially reading, she would start crying out of frustration and destroy the text books. Jhina in does times didn't know what to say to her or how to help her. But one thing she was good at was observe and she was a fast learner. For her to understand her she needed to read a few animal biology text books, especially what species of animals she was.
Koda's family and Jhina's works together. In animal cruel cases or to stop any illegal trafficking like selling animals that aren't supposed to enter in the country and help them get back home. So Jhina was always the one tutoring her and taking care of her when she stays at her place. Little by little she managed to come around. They became close and thanks to Jhina's help Koda got better at school. If people tried to hurt her Jhina steps in. Koda had a accident where a hunter came to the school and actually kidnapped her.
They were gonna sell Koda at the black market and when she did finally defended herself she got shot and was put to sell her. Jhina's mother stepped in and stopped them. Koda was in the hospital and was traumatized, badly injured. Jhina couldn't bare it, seeing her only friend be so close to dying. Jhina felt like the man didn't deserve to be put in jail, that he needed to feel what her best friend felt when she was hurt. Just like that she shot the man and killed him. Problem was, Koda saw her kill him. Jhina was scared what she would of thought or what would happen in the word got out.
What was Koda thinking about her. Koda forgived her, and in court all she said was "I saw a sniper kill him and Jhina protected me" Koda isn't a liar, she doesn't like hiding secrets nor lie to anyone. But for Jhina, she did said the truth, just that, words were used differently to make the testimony a different case. And so, thats how Jhina became the mysterious Sniper, that goes around killing criminals.
Koda knows why she did it. But even if killing someone is bad, she still forgived her and understand why she did it. She only did it to protect her close friend. And Jhina hated the fact that Koda would get hurt and people would discriminate her, even bully her. Even in does moment where she almost got expelled again because she scratched someones cheeks because the person started to beat her up, even beat up a dog that she was only taking care of that was a stray.
Jhina even took that dog and decided to keep it as a police k-9 and Koda got really happy. Koda tends to argue a lot with her dad and how her behavior needs to stop. She was always afraid and angry, so much frustration that people started to call her a cry baby. Even when her new siblings were born she felt out of place and a bit jealous because they had more attention than her. But eventually she came to a understanding when her dad told her that she needs to be the one incharge and keep a eye on the kids and the sanctuary. Some scars she had were also because she tends to fight the other wild animals.
Jhina and Koda consider each other like sisters, they were up by the age of 7. Now a days no one messes with them, especially Koda, even in the new school where Emiko studies everyone knows about Jhina and how Koda is also there. No one can't understand their relationship since Koda is very wild and Jhina is serious. But they know to not mess with them. Some people tend to talk behind Koda's back, still with the rumors but as long as someone out there likes her, Koda ignores them and learned to avoid any future situations.
Koda likes to go to the river, beaches and pools. So you can tell that her favorite sport is swimming. She enjoys doing other sports and going out. She always participates in class and especially on filled trips. She loves food, her favorite food is Sashimi, she's extremely lovable and caring, always there for others. Very friendly and kind, if she needs to be gentle and patient she will. Gets over excited and new things, very hyper and playful. She's very dorky, flirty and enjoys joking around and teasing. She helps her parents put at work and will only be serious when she has too. But when she is serious and mad she is very scary. Especially when she glares at someone.
Jhina enjoys going to her favorite Tea shop in town close to a park. Sometimes there will be days when she works as a officer and others she won't. She loves to read and she does ballerina, ice skating and acrobats. Plays the piano and violin. Her favorite food is a dish that they used the puff pastry dough and have the filling inside of salmon and vegetables. Having a smash potatoes, demi glace covering it with black tea. She is fancy and eats fancy. Koda enjoys it when she cooks her stake with salad. She's very serious and barely shows emotions, how she talks, she tends to use big words and vocabulary that normally not much people use. But has a really cheerful laugh if someome makes her smile. Over protective and would actually kill for the one she cares the most.
She is still a bit lost, as she shows her fathers passion and heart. Her killings, she calls them her masterpiece and how she uses the blood of the victimes to draw roses. Yes, she also does painting. She wonders of what she is doing is right or wrong and how her mind is a bit lost, but regardless of that. She does her job.
Koda since she travels a lot, she knows several language. Jhina just knows French, Italian, Spanish and English. If she has a question, she ask Koda about it do to her knowing several languages. Koda enjoys reading a lot of culture books. So, she a curious feline, she practice the language, and she still does since there are a lot she began to practice at.
