It's been a little over a month since B1A4 started promoting Beautiful Target for their new mini-album, It.

After their performance is over, Jinyoung watches the rest of his group, minus Shinwoo, as they rush backstage to the waiting rooms to look over what they just performed.He chuckles and follows along, making sure to pull Shinwoo away from the recording crew.

"Yah, Jinyoungie! I just wanted to ask a few more questions about their equipment!"

"Don't worry hyung, you'll have other chances to ask them about it later. We need to go to our waiting room and wait until manager hyungs get here." He says, as he grabs Shinwoo by the arm to drag him to the waiting room.

Upon entering their specified waiting room, they find the three young boys playing around and jumping on the couch, full of energy,  as their earlier performance of Beautiful Target plays on the television.

Jinyoung sighs into his hand as he closes the door, Shinwoo pushing past him to calm the others down.

After their performance has ended, the room goes loud when everyone tries to talk at once.

"How did you miss your first line Gongchannie?! You only have like two lines!" Baro shouts at Gongchan, who just laughs and tries to aegyo his way out of the situation.

"I don't know why you're pointing out his mistake when you didn't even say one whole part of your rap." Sandeul points out from his spot in the corner of the couch.

"I skipped that part so I wouldn't sound out of breath for the end of the rap! You do everything so you always sound out of breath!" Baro tried to defend himself.

Jinyoung just shakes his head, grabbing one of the many water bottles on the table to take a drink, while Shinwoo just falls on the floor laughing at everyone else's childishness.

Just then, Jinyoung's phone goes off. It's a text from one of their managers.

To: Jinyoung One of the van's tires is flat. Go ahead and eat your lunch and don't worry, you'll get to your next schedule on time.

"Yah!" He yells, and the whole room quiets down. "Manager hyung says we can eat without him. They'll be here to get us before out next schedule though so-"

Jinyoung doesn't even get to finish his sentence as everyone, including Shinwoo, tackles him to get to the backpack behind him holding their lunch.

After a few minutes, everyone's sitting down happily eating their pre-packed lunches.

Jinyoung decides he'll just eat later when they're all sleeping in the van, and uses this time to relax and close his eyes to think. His eyes are only closed for a second when the room suddenly gets loud.

Jinyoung opens his eyes to see the other guys all standing up to dance along to the performance on screen, their lunches just sitting there untouched.

Turning to look at the tv, he sees JI2 performing their song Let's Party.

JI2 just debuted two weeks ago, but their song was already pretty high on the charts. They were supposed to debut right after f(x) finishes promotions for Hot Summer, but problems arose pushing their debut back.

Jinyoung smiled as he watched the rest of B1A4 dance and sing along to the song until it was over. Not even waiting for the song to fully end, they all rushed for the door to the hallway, hoping to run into the twins. Jinyoung got up to join them.

Luckily the twins walked right around the corner.

The girls stopped to bow to all of B1A4 in respect, and introduce themselves.

"Hi! We're the breathtakingly fresh and beautiful JI2! Please take care of us~~!" They said.

Almost immediately after introducing themselves, they started complimenting  B1A4 on their performance.

"Sandeul sunbae! Can I ask you a question about singing?" Jihae asked shyly.

Sanduel beamed brightly before replying. "Sure! And you don't have to call me sunbae, just oppa!"

"But you're only my oppa by a day!" Jihae replied and giggled as they walked into B1A4's waiting room together to talk more. Gongchan followed along and made cute faces for Jihae, making her eyes disappear as she smiled and laughed some more.

Shinwoo and Baro were talking to Jieun. Well mostly Baro. Every time Shinwoo tried to say something, Baro interrupted him with another question for Jieun.

"Baro!" Jinyoung said suddenly, "Let Shinwoo hyung speak." Baro instantly closed his mouth to let Shinwoo talk to Jieun.

Shinwoo all too happily started asking Jieun question after question.

"Sorry Shinwoo sunbae, but I actually wanted to ask Jinyoung sunbae a few things if that's okay." She looked up at him with the sweetest smile. Shinwoo couldn't help but nod at her smile.

"Thank you Shinwoo sunbae!" She replied bowing.

"We'll just go talk to Jihae-ah for a little bit." After saying bye, Shinwoo and Baro went into the B1A4 waiting room to join the rest of the group.

Jinyoung just shook his head as they walked away. "Are you okay Jinyoung sunbae?" Jieun asked worried.

um so i started this a while back when i was in Oklahoma for a funeral. at first i was gonna have B1A4 promoting "Remember" (hence the title) and then preparing for their newest album, but they just released Beautiful Target IRL so yeah. i used it

also this is supposed to be part of my lifexpectations au so yeah. sorry if it doesn't make sense and you don't know who JI2 are
