Jibanyan, an... exotic... otter? From very mysterious whereabouts. Mostly just a walking rumor to the townsfolk; known for roaming the Midnight Wood without much reason. A forked tail is surely a bad omen, even on such an adorable little thing.

Lucas found himself amongst robust shops and active crowds. He had spent the last few days on his feet, living off whatever sweets he had gathered from those who pitied him on Halloween. On a nearby bench he sifted through his pockets and glimpsed at the remnants of his stash. Melted mini chocolates and small hard candies were all that were left. He still did not understand why they gave him candy but he was anything but ungrateful about it. The kid sat there, sighing as he nibbled on a sweet. He thought about how long it would take for him to reach ‘home’ or if he even wanted to.
As much as Judd adores food, he’s still giving a bit of a disapproving look in Jibanyan’s direction. While cats shouldn’t be having uncooked carrots (they can be a choking hazard), chocolate was even worse. That yōkai is gonna get himself sick.
