wow.. .not sure why I dropped the ball on blogging but I did til I picked it back up today... Not that my blog goes far, but its for me.
Since Christmas I’ve been lost in my work and not in the good ways, super stressed and always on the defense. I haven’t been happy for the past year, and I’ve made the decision to leave the area, but only once a transfer can happen.. Then maybe I can get a fresh start and find my inner love for my work again.
I’ve also been to Ontario twice, both times to visit with this guy I have been sorta, kinda, maybe dating? its tough to label it. We have been friends for 18+years and had a little history together over 10years ago, but we reconnected this past summer and it snowballed into ‘something’. We both have been so alone for so long it is hard to revamp ones life to be a plural, baby steps as he says. He’ll be the bonus to me moving if I get to go to Ontario.
As far as weight loss: In January I managed 12/31 Gym workouts and February I got 8/28 gym workouts in.... So pathetic... I had gained 2.5pounds back from my 30pound loss between Jamaica in Nov thru December and Christmas. I managed to lose those between January & February and am sitting at 198.6... I’m under 200 and on my way to 165. I am aiming to lose 8 pounds between now and April 15/17 when I hit my 1 year mark at really giving it a go and being down 40pds. Then I’ll be aiming for 175 by July 1st.
Dis Girls got Goals and I’m getting back into the swing of things all workouts considered. Lets be active. Lets eat right.
