And for the Everbyte dilemma...I really hope they would change the game purpose and restore the Duskwood idea's of the package for the all game
When I saw the first glitch, I was like "Wt-" and then the second glitch came and I immediately knew what is going to happen and my 'Wt' ended with "OH MY GOD!" I immediately started gasping and almost wanted to throw away my phone with excitement. Then it said "new message incoming" and the next second I saw Alan's cam and was a bit confused at first and then I was ready for everything.
At first I actually thought we're going to see Alan chasing Jake through the forest which would have been sooo cool as well but I loved how Everbyte decided to do it. It was seriously everything needed and wanted. 😩
I never thought they would make him die but still, always a little worry in the back of my head. But now I'm just a silly little happy fangirl and this ending have me so much motivation and I love it.
About the thing with Charlie, I link you this post here because I have already talked in much more detail and I certainly can not remember everything I said. And it would only be a repetition.
But I can say that I have absolutely no idea what this means. I have so many questions and theories in my head but somehow I don’t believe in most of them myself.
Just another really mean Everbyte thing to give us this grudge and then to say "Yes, see you later, we’ll talk about it again in the next episode" and then we have to wait and worry again. It really is torture!
And I’m pretty sure we’ll get things answered. As long as they have not forgotten this promise as well...
But no, I think the side story will definitely not be too short and we will have to deal with it in the next episodes and hopefully find out everything. I mean, Everbyte took good care of Duskwood, I hope they brought that to Moonvale.
Personally, I would much rather have a real premium version again, even if I’m sorry for those who can’t afford it. I don’t want to have such inequality and such an advantage but as we have noticed now it is still not so easy to get through the game without paying money. No one is happy about it, and makes it unfair either way.
While some can buy gems, others can’t, it’s simply unfair to everyone. And I also hope that Everbyte will change their mind and bring back a little more from Duskwood.
Everything that has happened is still a bit confusing to me and even if I'm calmer, the disappointment is still there. And I really hope they will give us some of the Duskwood vibe back.
Otherwise, I just hope that you also liked the story of Moonvale itself and that you had a really nice game experience besides of everything around it.
And of course, thank you a lot for sharing your opinion with me/us. I really enjoyed reading it and it's especially wonderful to see other people being happy about Jake as well. 🤭

!!!!! This! I thought about it as well (I doubt it would actually happen that would be too out of character for me) BUT I imagined it as well. I kind of picture it like the moment Jake interrupted the vote against us.
MC would says bye to Eric, busy with investigations and the moment MC goes offline, Eric's screen gets black and boom, Nymos eye. And Jake who's like "Stay away from them! They belong to me! I know where you are and I’m not afraid to show up at your door! And for safety's sake: all this is between you and me. Don't tell anyone, especially not MC. I'm serious!" And Eric’s screen is back to normal. xD

Of course, I’m very concerned about Jake, and I hope he was already out of the mine, at least when the fire broke out.
And I’m worried that he didn’t manage to escape. However, the mine would probably also be a good place for him to hide for longer in an emergency. But then the fire and the smoke of it worries me again.
That he is the person we meet again in the new game, I’m actually pretty sure about. Everbyte simply knows that the majority of fans are most attached to Jake, and a new game in which he is a part brings the most attention. I don’t mean that Everbyte is just about it, I mean because such an elaborate game must of course somehow be worthwhile. And I think a lot of people would not play the new game if Jake wasn’t there anymore. I would definitely play it anyway, but well, many are there because of Jake.
I think when he’s back in the next game, the probability of a face reveal increases a lot, I mean, more possibilities. Especially if he was actually arrested, it could lead to us seeing his face somehow, through the FBI or something.
At least I hope we can finally hear his voice, that would be so beautiful!😭
And I think if Richy really didn’t do anything to Dan’s car, which I believe him, then maybe it might just have been the alcohol that was in Dan’s body. In such an accident, especially if the driver is drunk, then the police always comes. Simply because sitting drunk in the car almost everywhere is already a crime.(Okay, as far as I know, at least it should be) So Dan could have just used this as an excuse to present himself better..
Or it was just a stupid accident, or Dan actually has more and worse enemies than we thought. I doubt it, but maybe it was even his father, the sudden mention of this is interesting. Even if the main reason is simple, that he wanted to explain why he protects the others so and why he knows what he is doing about crow man.
There are actually many things still open, and maybe, if we’re lucky, we’ll learn something about it in the new game. :D
Most of all I hope that we can talk to Jake about Richy being the MWAF, I want to know what he’s saying. And I want and need his sweet and beautiful emotional support.😭❤️

I get a little heart attack and a crazy adrenaline rush every time. In fact, it’s not that bad with the calls from the MWAF, but when the Nymos message came that someone was trying to hack me, I almost jumped to the ceiling. I thought I was going to explode! It was abnormally exciting and just so cool!🤯
I can really agree with you, the game is incredibly realistic and I love it! Everything else is fine, but it’s so great that we’re actually a part of the game. The idea is just amazing and I’m so glad I started playing Duskwood back then.
I’m so excited to see what happens in episode 9 and what we can expect, especially who will call us. Another call from Alan would also be incredibly exciting and I’m very excited. This will just be awesome as always!🤭
