Praise 🙌🏼 The 🙌🏼 Lord! I am SO THRILLED to say that the film #TheEyesOfTammyFaye is FAN-FN-TASTIC! The original documentary of the same name (1994) is one of my fave things of all time. I hoped this film adaptation would be nearly as good and it definitely is! #JessicaChastain is incredible as #TammyFayeBakker - truly, she is stunningly good. #AndrewGarfield is great as #JimBakker but this is truly Jessica’s shining moment. This film is a really fleshed out story about #TammyFaye’s entire life and is done extremely well, honest and very compelling. If you are even remotely interested in this movie do yourself a favor and go see it, I promise you won’t be disappointed. I love love loved this movie! "Scam Tower" #HeritageUSA was a #Christian theme park that was the brain child of #televangelist #JimBakker & #TammyFayeBakker. It opened in #1978 & in 1986 it had become one of the top vacation spots rivaling Disneyland & Walt Disney World with an annual 6 million visitors a year in the 1980's. It closed in 1989 when Jim Bakker's federal indictment over his sexual affair & fundraising #scandal came to the surface ruining his empire. To top it off, #HurricaneHugo added its own revenge to help close the park for good.
