"You could try for a little hope." Yoongi said, with a slight shrug, and the words sounded like they had come straight from Namjoon's mouth. Seokjin knew Yoongi, he was as pragmatic as Seokjin was, it was why they had always been together and always been friends.

Seokjin turned around, feeling the tears dry on his face from the gentle sea breeze, and snorted, softly. "What's hope, Yoongi-yah?"

"Your lifeline." Yoongi murmured, and Seokjin quieted. That was all Yoongi, down to the way his upper lip curled upwards and the way his fingers around Seokjin's waist pressed inwards, gently.

SO SURPRISE, I wrote a whole bunch of angst. It’s not really a surprise, tbh, let’s be real. It was fun to work with jinkook and write them as both serious and playful, which is a switch they both flip seamlessly, and it was great to write politics too.

SunHee estava dando uma volta pelas ruas de Seul, só curtindo a paisagem enquanto descansava do trabalho que havia feito no restaurante. Geralmente ela tinha 2 horas para relaxar, esse era tipo o seu “horário de almoço”, mas claro que era muito maior do que os dos outros funcionários. Ela tinha esse e muitos outros privilégios, pois o seu pai era dono do local, o que lhe permite escolher quantas horas e quais dias trabalhar. Estava pensando nisso quando avistou um garoto na rua e começou a conversar com ele.

Enquanto conversavam Sunny descobriu certas coisas sobre ele. Ele se chamava JinGuk, era fotografo e cursava Belas Artes. Podia não ser muita coisa, mas Sunny tinha ido com a cara dele assim que o ouviu, senão não teria puxado uma conversa. Algum tempo depois eles trocaram telefones e quando pegou o seu celular de volta da mão do maior viu que tinha uma mensagem não vista; Era de seu pai e dizia “Filha, preciso de você aqui”. Sunny achou que aquela seria uma grande oportunidade de convidar o mais velho para conhecer o seu local de trabalho e o chamou para acompanha-la.  Quando ele topou a menor abriu um sorriso e o puxou pela mão para o caminho do restaurante, sorte que não estavam muito longe do mesmo.
