Jinyoung stood there, seeing how the male easily placed the small body into the plastic bag. He had nothing against the male, he said he had a reason and he would gladly hear it and then judge the happenings. What shocked him most was that he had the courage to kill such a cute and small being. He had never encountered a fairy himself, but heard stories; some good some bad.

“Then explain youself”He said, his usual pocker face not leaving his features.

He gulped, not actually expecting the man to actually ask why he was doing this. He bit his lip, thinking of what to say. Should he say the truth or say lies. Its not like he would be able to tell, but really, the truth wasn't that bad was it? 

"Well, you see, I know that fairy blood and their other parts get a lot of money in the... Well, underground black market. But-" He held up his hand, one finger raised as if to say wait. "That's not the only reason I did it." 

He held his arms out, to show he meant no harm and began to speak again. "This fairy has been hanging around my workplace and causing a lot of trouble. I was going to leave it alone, thinking it was just goofing around but I saw it trying to steal a baby just today, so I chased after it and killed it."

The name of Silence. | Yuu&Jinyoung

When she decided to go on a trip alone, she had no idea it would have been so enjoyable. The idea scared her, at first... being around alone, for such a long time, was a totally new experience. The world could  be hard for a young girl, even more if she's-- well, like Yuu. People is easy to offend, and they can be pretty harsh if not even violent when offended. But now, after the pair of days needed to get used, she was a lot more calm and felt totally at her ease.  She was starting to grow used to the city, and the inn she booked turned out to be really nice and well managed. The owner seems like a really nice person, and the fact the place itself is really quiet only makes things better. She barely saw more than two-three other customer go around, probably because it was law season, but she liked that. A quiet place, to be herself in when she needs to just relax and rest. The only missing thing to make everything perfect was her big, visible headphones. To prevent other people from thinking she's just rude for not replying them, she always used to carry a pair of headphones with her and fake herself and avid music listener; it was a trick another deaf girl suggested her, and always worked. It was easier to explain that she didn't hear the other calling her because of music, than because she became deaf shorty after she turned eight. That would give start to endless questions about how that happend, how can she understand what other people say and how hard it must have been for her. That's why without her pair of headphones with her, she spent most of her time afraid someone was trying to get her attention without, obviously, being able to do it. --Well, not enough to prevent her from dozing off on the livingroom's couch, her head leaned on the backrest, after a long walk around the town, anyways.

"What have you done?"

Bambam froze, horror freezing the blood in his veins. He gulped, turning to the voice, the small fairy's blood covering his arms as he looked at the older, shaking slightly. He tried not to get seen. Careful planning and timing had all been for not as he stared at the other. He looked like a murderer. Worst part?He was.The doll sized body slipped out of his hand, slick with blood, and fell to the ground, making him scramble to get it while shaking his head. He stuck the body in a Ziploc baggie he had beside him, trying to think of a way not to look like a horrible person."I-It's really not what it looks like! I can explain!" He said, trying to convince the other. "Just give me a chance. It's not what you think it is."

In a universe where everyone is born with numbers on their wrists counting down to when they’ll meet their soulmate, send me 00:00:00 for my muses reaction to their numbers hitting zero when they meet yours.

For years, Taemin had glared down that damn number ticking away, dwindling and counting down to a time that he did not look forward to.

Soulmates. What was the point if he hated the mere thought of love? He was sure he was going to be a disappointment to  whoever he happened to be destined to be with. That’s why, as the timer hits thirty seconds, he wants to turn the clock back. He doesn’t want to be a failure as a soulmate, too.

But, when a person trips and stumbles into him just as it hits zero, he realizes that maybe he should just give this a chance. There’s more to soulmates than love, after all, and as the man looks up at him with wide eyes, similar to his own, he allows a small smile to cross his face.

"Uh, hi." He greets awkwardly, reaching out a hand for the other to shake.  "I’m Taemin, and I guess I’m your soulmate. But, uh, let’s not start like that. Friends sounds good, yes?"

The handshake he receives in return is a good enough start for him.

“Remember Me” Muse A: taemin, Muse B: Jinyoung

Leave a “Remember Me” in my ask, and I’ll write a drabble about character A trying to get character B to remember them [be it from an accident, meeting them after years apart, feel free to specify.]

"Hey," He turns on his heels, jogging a bit to catch up with the male. Jinyoung, if he remembered his name correctly. He reaches out a hand, lightly landing a hand on the man’s shoulder, and when he turns, his assumption is proven correct. "Sorry, but - Jinyoung, right?" 

The guy nods in response, to Taemin’s relief. “Do - do you remember me at all? You sort of, like, helped me home from  campus a year or so ago. I was drunk, but.. I remember you.”

However, Jinyoung arches a brow, shaking his head. “Uh, no. Sorry.” He then turns to walk away, and Taemin’s expression drops into a frown.

"But, wait-" He attempts to call, but the man raises a dismissive hand. 

"Look… No, I don’t remember. Sorry, kid. What does it matter, anyways?"

Oh. Taemin just shrugs in response, tugging his lower lip between his teeth. “It doesn’t, I guess.” He mutters, and can’t help but feel a deep disappointment in a chest as the man walks away. Right, it doesn’t matter. He never does, he thinks.

Jinyoung stood as he heard the male, denying his words as if they weren't possible in any way. But he was sure, because he had presenced it. "daydreaming loses your concept of time." He said and then a small smile perked his lips, unanswering him.

He scrunched his nose, brief annoyance flashing through his eyes. "I wasn't daydreaming." Rolling his sleeve up, he glanced at his watch. A raise in his eyebrows were the only indication that he was surprised by how much time flew by; he wouldn't dream of making any verbal remark--It would be ego-hurting to admit Jinyoung was right. "I've barely wasted any time." His new found feeling of stubbornness made him oblivious to the fact that Jinyoung hadn't answered his previous questions. "In fact, it seems I'm head of my schedule." That wasn't necessarily a lie, since he didn't even have a planned schedule for today. He thought briefly if Jinyoung would challenge him on these statements, and for a moment, hoped he would. A pointless conversation was much more wanted than going back to losing himself in thought.

A soft chuckle escaped Jinyoung’s lips as he fed the fire with some more wood. His cape covered most of his body and the shadows the flames produced also hid his face. His red hair was the only thing visible. “I must admit you are being quite too much with those words. If I’m the master of excuses, my friend would be the King”

Jiyong shook his head, not at all satisfied with how the other denied his claim. "Oh please," He huffed, before rolling his eyes, "You just made up a excuse to say you weren't the master of excuses." A teasing smile crossed his face, before he turned his attention to the fire. "If that doesn't make you the ultimate master of excuses, I don't know what would."

"You’ve been in that same exact spot since 9 this morning."

A deadpan expression consumed Jiyong’s features, showing he was completely lost in thought. When Jinyoung spoke, a dazed version of alarm clouded his eyes before he turned towards the other sharply. “Jin—” Falling silent instantly, he shook his head, causing his blond locks to shake around wildly. His eyes appeared clearer afterwards, seeming as if he shook off all his previous thoughts. “When did you get here?” 

After a short pause, and a quick realization he hadn’t responded to Jinyoung’s question, he waved his hand dismissively. “Don’t exaggerate. I haven’t been here nearly that long.” Though in reality Jiyong wasn’t sure how long he’d been there. Trying to find a peace of mind over the last few events he was forced into, he had temporary lost himself in his thoughts. Casting a seemingly playful smile, he spoke nonchalant, not wanting to look completely insane, “What do you do with your time? Stand around watching me?”
