So if Tserii and Jiurdakh ever saw that (horrible) commercial the Ambassador was in for the Reach drink on Earth, what would their reactions be?

If they saw this

the reaction would be mixed.

Jiurdakh would be torn between contempt and wanting to cackle. He’d also be making all sorts of vulgar comments about the Ambassador’s sense of judgement in getting ‘too close’ to Godfrey. The more annoyed the Ambassador gets the more vulgar he’d get. He would lord it over the Ambassador and be making cracks about xenophilia at almost every available opportunity just to piss him off. So looooots of snarky commentary and picking at the Ambassador almost constantly, but never to the point where the Ambassador would be seen by other members of the hive as justified in striking out at him. (There are perks for Jiurdakh for having made himself so important for the hive.)

Tserii on the other hand would be torn between wanting to laugh due to how completely ridiculous and overdone the whole thing is, and being both worried and pissed off because they knows what the Ambassador is capable of and doesn’t want anyone thinking he’s harmless for even a moment. If Tserii thought they could make sure no one was in the factory producing the stuff for a bit, then they would have taken the opportunity to set up bombs throughout and blow the thing sky high. They also would have taken pains to hack camera and microphone systems to try to record moments that could be used to thoroughly screw over the Ambassador and reveal him for the kind of bastard he actually is. If they found out about it after the fact, then it would be a mix of wanting to laugh and feeling uncomfortable (because again, Tserii knows what the Ambassador is capable of and the idea that anyone fell for that façade makes them feel a bit sick).
