Fugo had read about humans and he had seen humans but he had never thought he’d fall for a human, but here he was, in love with a human. You were the most beautiful human he’d ever come across. Boy was he scared when he first met you, you were just so beautiful and kind, he couldn’t help but fall for you but that also intimidated him. He was used to kindness but not from someone he loved romantically. Fugo fell hard and fast, so he tried as hard as he could to earn your affection, he worked hard to woo you. Every night he’d read about human relationships and every day he’d use what he learned on you. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it fell flat but to you, it was all in good faith, you knew he wasn’t the best with human interaction.
Fugo loved it when you would brush his fur, it made him blush a lot though, one might even think he hates it with how he acts. He gets quiet and goes red, his whole body stiff, it really does look like he hates it, but in reality, he loves it more than anything. Now when you decide to ask him to brush your hair, Fugo is very nervous because of how curly your hair is, he’s just scared he’ll hurt you. Once he actually gets to do it he actually enjoys it, he loves playing with your curls, seeing how they coil around his fingers fascinates him. He starts looking up the best hair products for you, he figured out your computer pretty fast and learns how to make them, Fugo doesn’t have money so he goes above and beyond and makes the products for you.
He makes a lot of the gifts that he gives you, it’s really impressive, he thinks it’s more personal that way. His gifts are always well thought out and carefully put together. It’s always so well thought out and you can’t help but feel like he is the perfect gift giver. It takes Fugo a lot of courage to confess to you, and when he does he’s about to explode, he’s so scared you’ll reject him. When you accept he almost faints, he’s so excited by this, he loves you a lot and to know that you love him too? Well, it’s euphoric, his poor heart just about explodes. You actually think he might have died because he just stops moving. He is alive, just a bit shaken is all. Now when you have your first kiss he gets red and can’t form a sentence, nothing he says makes sense, but you can tell he is happy from the way his wings create that buzzing noise he makes when he’s really happy.When you officially start dating he’s really nervous and jumpy, he refuses to go to a restaurant or anywhere outside of your home, he’s sure that other humans will hate him, but you reassure him it’s fine.
