Rainmeter and Calendar, Thalmor Embassy/True-Shot Potion, Platinum Trophies, Hadvar's Voice, Thieves Guild Quest Bug, Fences, Dragonborn discussion, Hearthfire help, Skuldafn, Werewolf Bug, PS3 DLCs, Screenshots mods
(Not sure if this is the right place but.) To that last confession there is a why. Go to devianart, look up rainmeter skyrim, second result is what you want, download Rainmeter first, taht way the program works. Some where in that variant, there is an option to change it to the Elder Scroll's dates and months.

to the person who wanted to change their calender: ever heard of Rainmeter? they have this AWESOME Skryim skin, i had it for a while, and it includes the calender/date/time, just like Skyrim!
Ah, thanks guys! Hopefully anon sees this!

Ok, there is a Potion of True Shot on the rooftop of the Thalmor Embassy. This pretty much means Bethesda WANTS me to kill all of the Thalmor, right? Say yes so I don't feel bad because I'm about to go kill them for like, the 5th time. Thanks!
Hahaha, perhaps! It reminds me of the time I tried to kill Vittoria Vici and there was this enchanted bow and a few arrows just sitting there. I pretty much felt this was Bethesda's blessing for me to go through with it!

To the person who confessed about not wanting to play Dawnguard in fear of losing their platinum trophy... you won't. Platinum trophies only count towards stock trophies. DLC never counts toward it. I, myself, have platinums for a few different games where I still have DLC trophies left unearned!
Awesome, thanks! I didn't know that.

There are some characters voices that are nice to listen to. For me Hadvar is one of them. I think i could listen to him talk for hours. If only he was a romance option. :(
I do love listening to Hadvar talk, too. I don't know why, but I see a sort of steely gray in his voice that is very nice.

Hey, so I'm having trouble with the thieves guild quest line on my PS3. I've completed all of the quests to get fences in all of the required holds and I've returned the skeleton key but for some reason it wont let me become the guild master. Every time I start the game up and talk to Delvon it gives me the speech option that I've completed all of the special requests in all of the required holds except Solitude (which I have indeed completed). Any ideas on how to get this unglitched?
I looked around, and someone said that talking to Tonilia about the side quest with Risaad and finishing it helped fix that bug. Let me know if it works!

Re: Fences. For clarification purposes, folks should know that there are no default fences outside the Thieve's Guild, like Oblivion's Shady Sam. Various guild quests will unlock new fences in other cities, so you're not stuck with just Tonilia. But the only option for non-guild members is to invest in the "Fence" Speechcraft perk.
Yes, that is true, thank you :)

I saw someone ask a question about the Hearthfire DLC concerning stewards and I just wanted to answer it! I bought my second house in Falkreath and my steward never showed up, so I went back to my homestead in Hjaalmarch, had Valdimar my steward follow me, and I went back to my homestead near Falkreath. I talked to him and there was an option about becoming steward for this different house, and boom! A new steward! (This was for 360, btw.) Hope this helps the other anon!
I hope so too! Thanks for letting us know, hopefully anon sees this!

I don't know if this has ever happened to anyone else but, after I traveled with Odahviing to Skuldafn, all draugr and skeletons no longer find me an enemy? I can bash a Draugr deathlord in the face with an ebony mace and he won't care until his health goes down to a certain level; like attacking a follower and then turns hostile. I can't find any explanation to this.
Wow, that's definitely strange. In a way, that can be sort of a blessing, though it would make trekking through Nordic ruins a bit more boring. It's interesting, though!

Ok, this is strange. My werewolf Breton got into beast form, then trasformed back into an Altmer! WTF? I loved my character's look, so I loaded a previous save. Anyone else experienced this?
Ahahahaha I just burst out laughing XD I definitely have not but I look forward to hearing others' stories, if they have some!

A bit more about Shadowmere, in the Hearthfire patch, she became flimsier than an average horse. She charges at Frost/Trolls then flees in fear faster than I can save her. On another adventure, I left her to kill the first Bandit attacking us. She was killed her so easily, I almost didn't want to reload. Has anyone experienced this too?
Oh dear! If anyone has, let us know!

None of these DLCs are ever going to be for PS3 though, right? Or not anytime soon ?
When Bethesda manages to get Dawnguard working for the PS3, I assume the other DLCs will also make themselves available. I don't know who started this rumor that no DLC will ho ever make itself onto the PS3 platform EVER, because that assumption is definitely wrong, but Bethesda and Sony are trying their best to get things to work.

I was really curious about what mod (if it is one, since I've read before you guys look at Nexus for your screenshots) that the screenshot came from for the latest confession about sacrificing Lydia to Boethia?
Ah, what do you refer to by 'what mod'? I'm sure they used more than one, if you know what I mean!
The image description in itself yields little as to what mods that person used, but it looks like they definitely made use of an ENB, a jewelry mod, and some hi-res maps for the face and eyes. I sadly cant tell you exactly which ones they used, though.
