Have you ever heard of JLabs?
Well you're about to because these people are officially my favorite company, EVER.
You know when you buy a product from a tech company and you feel absolutely nothing because your money is going to a soulless corporation filled with people who couldn't care less about the product, it's users, or anything but their profits?
Yeah, it's pretty common. I don't feel that with JLabs.
My mom got me a pair of headphones for my birthday and they arrived on the 14th. They said I could get a free gift from the site if I registered, I figured why not, got a mousepad out of it, but part of registration involves putting in your birthday, just for the registration team to use for their analytics/demographic data.
Turns out these people ACTUALLY CARE.
My birthday was on the 16th of May. I registered on the 14th of May. Today I checked the mail and found my new mousepad waiting for me, along with a card.
And what was on this card? Business info? A request to review them? Product details, warranty info, some such?
The entire registration team signed this card wishing me a happy birthday, and one of them HAND PAINTED the other side of it.
This team saw that my birthday was in 2 days from the registration date and immediately set to work prepping a card for me for no reason other than to just wish me a happy birthday.
And they are officially the only tech brand I'll be buying from, cause this is the first and only time I've ever seen a company go out of their way just to be kind.
