dean doesn't send cas memes because 1. he doesn't know what a meme is (or he knows but pretends he has no clue to annoy sam) and 2. any time he sees a silly photo or video or joke on his phone and thinks, "haha, cas needs to see this," cas just appears behind him and leans over to look at the screen himself.
