I’m back at work today, and this is the state of my office/studio. 😳 Guess who’s parked at the dining room table for the foreseeable future?

Today while I was working at my temporary desk (aka dining room table), my lovely husband moved some 80+ boxes from my office into the next bedroom so that I could get in and start setting up my new space this evening. I really missed having my secondary monitor today, so I’m incredibly grateful for his help! It’ll be a whole lot easier to do my job with a more efficient setup. ❤️

Welcome to Mission Control! Here’s another WIP pic of my art studio/office - this time it’s the corner where I sit to work at my day job and (eventually) host my online classes (which I’ll be scheduling once we’re a little more settled in to our new place). I’m making every square inch of this space count, and while it may look a little crowded, it’s actually a very comfortable, bright, cheerful space in which to work. I love my new studio! 🥰

Moving on to the start of a new set of WIP pics - my studio! I’ve been using mostly Command hooks to hang things around the house, but today I braved my irrational fear of drywall anchors and screws to hang my beloved (and very heavy) Holstee Manifesto print. I’m choosing to ignore the fact that the thread holder below it is slightly off-centre (because it’s easily moved if it turns out to REALLY bother me) and just enjoying the fact that I managed to succeed in getting this beast up on the first try! 🥰
