Lovely! Would you mind sharing your settings? Especially for the depth of field. :) I like how subtle it is - compared to the “in your face” standard settings. :)

I used depth haze instead although it’s a finicky one - you need to assign it a new hotkey and toggle it on manually, it won’t toggle with the rest of your settings. And whenever you change settings for anything it will turn itself off and need to be toggled again. Kinda annoying but much better for scenery shots instead of close ups.
For ambient occlusion, ignore everything else except Global Parameters and HBAO Settings.
Also, these settings seem to impact my performance a lot. Need to look more into optimising stuff.

Nice! I feel like tidal pools usually have more rocks around them though.
You’re totally right. Unfortunately, I’m trying to balance realism and playability. I don’t want to completely block the pool off from routing. I can look into adding some more in the spaces that are already unroutable though. :)

I couldn’t agree more. It seems like a personal issue with the creator to me.
I don't know if it is a personal issue... I get that Modthesims apparently has inconsistent standards but what I don't understand is that why for all this crying do people not take the time to post honest criticism to the creator?

1.Is there something you never tried in your game?
Well, looots of things! I never fully tried some careers, like the showtime ones! I never finished a legacy, but I tried three times x) there should be something else, but these are the things I do also want to try :)
2.Do you get emotionally attached to your sims? Do you currently have a favourite sim?
If I do? definitely too much for pixel people! especially when I was a kid, now I get less attached to them... who do you want to fool you love your sims as family
(I think that's because I do draw them a lot when I begin to like them xD)
3.How did you find out about the game?
Friends! I am too lazy to discover things by myself :P
4.How many save games do you have?
My legacy save, my sim-nation save, builder's island one... mmm backup saves (A LOT of them) and too many old ones! x)

Castable everything! CAST ALL THE THINGS! 8D

I'd be Clumsy, Friendly, Artistic (I love drawing, it doesn't mean I'm good at it xP), Animal Lover, Loves the Outdoors! :) as a LTW... Animal Rescuer! <3

Seriously, I don't like Sims 3 ones, but I loved Sims 2 ones so bad! :3

Create! I usually want my game to be matchy-matchy but awesome things are awesome and needed :P

Maybe three hours?

Control only when needed x) it's more like watch and see what happens :3
11.How would you describe your style (realistic, Maxis Match…) ?
Totally Maxis-Match! I like cartoony games with plain textures and colorful stuff =)
