I would be all in :) And yeah the nieghbourhood thing sounds kind of hard to do but possible? I would say we should give it a try, if it ends up badly that is sad and hurts but at least we tried? In the very worst case of neighbourhood corruption, the sims could at least be saved and then a new neighbourhood could be started with them? Basically as a fall-back plan?

That's a very good question. But yeah, I think I'd make it optional to play them, and just age them up manually if you don't feel like it.

The neighbourhood idea is really cool, but yeah, difficult with everyone’s varying tastes in cc, etc. In the one I participated in, we added the recessive genes in SimPE, so that wasn’t an issue. You could add in any skills and things the heir learn in childhood, too.

Make it a neighbourhood and I'm in!
all right, yeah, I think I’m all in on this “legacy neighbourhood” idea, with the more classic style of uploading each heir being an easy fallback plan if things go wrong with it, haha! nice how sometimes you suggest a crazy idea and the next day decide to go ahead & start doing it, lmao...
i think it’ll be really neat seeing the town “grow” each generation as simmers add more lots, and the mish-mash of different styles just seems like it’ll be fun?
we’d have to keep it CC-free or close to CC-free of course, so with that in mind, quick strawpoll: what kind of "starting town" would be nice for our Round Robin Legacy 'hood?
