Thinking about if Chloe hadn’t met Red till later. No one really wants to willingly be friends with a goody-goody, so she struggled her freshman year at AP to make friends. With her dignity badly bruised, Chloe takes advice from her brother Chad and changes herself to fit the mold of a typical Tourney jock, but with a little extra ‘Charming’ flare to go with it. She braids down her curls, dyes her hair, gets piercings, and spends three months doing nothing but lifting weights.

From bookworm to star athlete in a single summer—and with her Charming genetics running rampant—Chloe becomes far less a sweet and innocent princess, but more of a deceptively charming, sweet talking brute who likes to play hearts for fun. Ella is not impressed by her daughter’s choices, leaving them locked at the horns.

Chloe meets Red after she was brought to Auradon Prep after being invited to attend by Principal Uma. Confidant she can woo any girl, Chloe makes advances, only to find Red uninterested. Refusing to be sniped, she keeps trying, her attempts slowly changing from cocky to sincere in no time at all…
