the au is exactly what it says on the tin. instead of being a traveling bard w his own empire, oli performs in lore village and stratos in exchange for gold to try and claw his way out of his debt. and to try and sate his loneliness while hes at it. esmp joel may not remember him from alsmp but olis flattery quickly earns his favor ^-^
