CAN WE PLEASE TALK ABOUT THIS?!
Jason told Crane about everything. About Dick’s guilt and his insecurities. He revealed Dick’s softest spots - Rachel and Jericho. Crane shouldn’t even know about their existence. Jason telling him not only about Dick’s strong connection to them both but also revealing what they can do (hence ‘little witch girl’) is like putting a big fucking target on their backs.
Dick’s good. He doesn’t react, doesn’t even bat an eye. He’s not gonna give Crane the satisfaction that he hit a sensitive spot. And oh boy, of course he did. Dick is giving him a cold shoulder but inside? He’s boiling with rage.
And that rage gets out when he finally sees Jason. It’s in the brutal way he’s fighting. In the strain in his voice when he shouts “You told Crane everything. Everything!” Because HOW DARE HE talk about Rachel to one of the craziest psychopaths on Earth? HOW DARE HE reveal Dick’s biggest, most tormenting secret that he just got the strengh to let go of?
I think Jericho is pretty much safe for now, wherever he is with Rose.
But damn... if Jason even considers going after Rachel, he better start planning his own funeral... the real one this time.
Because going around Gotham swinging a fucking crowbar will be the least Dick will do if something happens to her.
