Tag it, you’re it (book edition)
RULES:
1. Always post the rules 2. Answer the questions the person who tagged you wrote and write your 11 new questions. 3. Tag 11 new people. 4. Tell them you’ve tagged them. 5. @ me so I can see your answer.
1. First book you remember reading?
IDK, I've been reading since forever, I think. But I'm gonna go with Little House in the Big Woods (from the Little House series) by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
2. Which book was your favourite when you were a child?
Matilda, by Roald Dahl
3. Have you ever wished of a movie to be a book?
I think The Breakfast Club would have made an awesome book.
4. What do you prefer…books or movies?
Books, because they put me in the characters' head more fully.
5. Which book would you recommend me?
Hush, by Donna Jo Napoli, because it showcases the amazing strength of a young girl from a time long ago on a journey that would cripple most of us even now.
6. If you could bring one book with you to a desert island…which one would you choose and why?
The Wedding by Julie Garwood. I can read it over and over and it still makes me laugh and smile. (Yes, romance novels are my guilty pleasure.)
7. Do you prefer a thick book or one you could read pretty fast?
Thick books. I love emersing my self in their worlds for long periods of time.
8. What’s your favourite genre?
Romance/Drama/Supernatural mainly.
9. Which book would you like to read again for first time?
Flowers in the Attic by VC Andrews, because I first read it when I was rather young and a lot flew over my head, reading it now, ten years later would probably have changed a lot of my perceptions about it.
10. If you could write a book, what it would be about?
Whatever the genre I may gravitate to, I'd likely write about a girl discovering who she is (and, perhaps, she'll fall in love along the way).
Sorry this took so long, johnmurphyx. And, once again, I'm tagging all my followers, as I'd love to learn more about you.
