Episode 5 "Twilight's Last Gleaming" (The development of Bellamy and Bellarke)

1.) Leader roles

A pod has fallen from the sky. Everyone at the camp is wondering what it was and who was in the pod. They are wanting to go investigate. Bellamy is found talking with a group of other guys. He says it is not safe to go out at night. and that they should wait till morning. The others agree and spread the word just like their "boss Bellamy" says. Clarke comes back to the camp with Finn. She approaches someone and tells her to get her things. They are going to investigate the crash. The girl says "Bellamy says its not safe." Clarke rules her eyes and her attitude suggest she is going anyway. Clarke and Bellamy have differences in opinion. But both are headstrong and will do what they will. They both lead. Their personalities are pretty much the same in that aspect.

2.) What did you do?

On Bellamy's way to the pod, Octavia stops him and confronts him. She asks him why he was going and not letting anyone else. He says he is protecting her. He then opens up and tells her that he shot Jaha. She is very mad at him. He explains once he found out that Octavia was going to the ground, he had to find away to follow her down to protect her. So he made a deal. She is angry and says she didnt ask for any of this and runs away. Bellamy did something extreme in order to protect his sister. I do not justify killing by any means but I can understand where he is coming from. Jaha floated his mother for having a child. Octavia had to live her whole life in fear because of Jaha. And she got locked away because of Jaha. Bellamy finally found a way to follow Octavia down and protect her. He took that deal, because he loves her.

3.) Where's the radio?

While Raven is still unconsciousness Bellamy takes the radio from the pod. He does so because he doesnt want the ark following him down to earth because when they do, his consequences for killing Jaha will be dire. When Raven is found by Finn and Clarke ..she runs to Finn and kisses him. Ouch. We found ourselves a two timer. Clarke is heartbroken. Anyways, Clarke sees Bellamy in the woods and demands to know where the radio is. He has a snarky remark and says "taking a walk in the woods, princess?" :) She states that they are about to kill 300 people people to save oxygen. And most likely they will be working people. Bellamy's people. Raven approaches and tells the others that they are looking for Bellamy because he killed Jaha. Bellamy gets mad and pushes raven to a tree. Clarke says stop. and notice Bellamy listens to her and does just that. He already is doing things in favor of Clarke. Clarke then states: " Your not a murder. You always did what you had to to protect your sister. That’s who you are." Clarke understands. She knows why he did what he did. And when she does this she looks straight in his eyes and has compassion on him. LOVE IT!

4.) Shooting Star

B: You think they can see it from up there?

C: Idk? I hope so.

C: Can you wish on this kind of shooting star?Forget it.

B: I wouldn’t even know what to wish for. What about you?

Clarke looks down Bellamy's shoulder and gazes at him. Then she looks at Finn and Raven. I think she wants something that Finn has with raven, but possibly with Bellamy. Her gazing at his shoulder like that was a sure indication;)

but it actually does like each week is just so much better than the last and you wouldnt think it would be cause all the episodes are so good!!!!! and omg YESSS they do!! and i need to see oliver and barry fight together!!!!!!!

I'm just so in love with this show and I hate that it doesn't have a big fandom yet. Other new shows have a fan base that exploded, like htgawm and red band society. I want this one to do that so I can surround myself and drown it.
