unOrdinary: JOHN DOE’S ABILITY

As of now we’ve seen John’s ability. Majority of people will agree that it’s a mimic ability. But I believe it’s much more than that. As we saw in episodes 55-56, John copied the abilities of three people. Meili’s “Demon Claw”, Ventus’ “Whirlwind”, and ASSLO’s Arlo’s “Barrier”. Not olny did he used them against them, but used better versions of them and even combined them. Like this:

There are two conclusions that can be drawn from this. 1, he combined both of their powers to create the blades of wind. 2, because of John’s improved whirlwind, he was strong enough to create blades of wind. Now for his power rating. Let’s see everyone’s power first:

Now as you can see, John’s power and speed are much higher than Meili’s and Ventus. As you may have noticed, with their combined power, they have 8 power and 7 speed in total but John has only 7.5 power and 6 speed. I believe that to properly use these powers and combine them, his mimic ability tones them down to equal levels to use them more efficiently. Or another theory is that since John copied someone with a higher power and similar speed rating, his mimic allowed him to have stronger versions of their power and speed. I believe that he only gains more power and speed from those with higher power and speed than the previous person he mimicked. Either of these could be why he doesn’t have the combined power and speed ranking than people he mimicked. And you also may noticed that I posted two pics of John’s power stats. This is because of two reasons. On is because his trick category remains a constant 10. And his opponents aren’t 10. This is because of his ability. The second reason is to make a second point about my “stronger version of the ability” part of his mimic abilities. ASSLO’s Arlo’s ability is barrier and his defense is somewhere in the 6s, 7s, or 8s category. But John’s is at 10. And he even used his ability to stop ASSLO’s Arlo’s from crushing him.

Now with all that explained, I know exactly which tier John fits into...

He took out 2 mid tiers ( Meili and Ventus) and 1 god tier (ASSLO Arlo) at the same time and he can copy better versions of other’s abilities. There is no doubt he’s a god tier. He’s in the range of 7+ to 9+.
