A bit late but we've jumped on the bowl bandwagon. This chopped chard with spicy turkey, egg and quinoa was quite good! I browned the turkey and seasoned it with a little turmeric and cayenne. I set the cooked turkey aside and added a little oil and garlic to the same skillet and wilted the chard. Add a little water or chicken broth to steam and cook until chard is tender. To finish, return turkey to skillet, stir and sprinkle it a with a little salt. Plate and add cooked quinoa and then top with a poached egg.
