My husband was feeling down today so I drew one of his characters making out with Rytlock on Dragonfall. Don’t mind Gwen.

Ingredients: 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems removed and leaves chopped. 6 eggs. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.

Add chopped Swiss chard leaves to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer cooked Swiss chard to a greased baking dish. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over the cooked Swiss chard in the baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until eggs are set and slightly golden on top. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
