A lone cloaked figure appears on the train tracks by the station. The tracks were flooded with robots while the train and its riders seemed to be trapped. The figure could sense two familiar signatures on board. "So Jotaro Kujo is with my target? Been a while since we chat." A male voice could by heard as a shock of blonde hair could be seen through the hood. "Time to start."
