Pictures from a five month desert road trip.

The area around Sears Point in present day Arizona has been utilized for centuries by many cultures. Today, there are 15 tribes that claim cultural affiliation to the area with many of the petroglyphs being attributed to the Patayan cultural tradition. Archaeologists consider Sears Point to be one of the most significant collections of rock art in the American Southwest.
