RUBBLE RACERS 🪨🏁 A new series of hand-painted rocks inspired by 1970s die-cast racing cars. 

When our son Asher was born in January, I started collecting 1970s and '80s die-cast cars as a future gift for him. I’ve always loved the design of that era. The boxy angles, the bold colors, the retro style. I was especially drawn to racing cars with their logos and unique graphics.

Meanwhile, all year long our daughter Poppy has really been into collecting rocks. One day, I noticed two of her rocks looked just like a car when placed together. From then on, I started hunting for rocks everywhere I went, finding all sorts of fun combinations that I could paint to resemble the 70s die-cast racing cars. It's been a really delightful process and I love that this series draws inspiration from both of my kids.
