Scp oc/concept thingy I have of a woman who unwittingly ends up as 049s roommate after he takes residence in her house because he believed it to be abandoned. She also reminds him of Jolanda a lot (character from the sedition tapes), causing him to spiral. It also doesn't help that Delilah is both terrified of him but also grateful for the company.
