Singer Jon Sandler and keyboardist Luke Moellman have been making upbeat, R&B-influenced synth-pop dance music together ever since forming Great Good Fine Ok a few years ago in Brooklyn. Their most recent album, III (stream it here), dropped in 2017. “Every single song is about love, but it makes sense, because the music actually sounds like love. Euphoric, like a rush of adrenaline,” declared Baeble Music. “With blaring synths and a whole lot of rhythm, it’s the type of music you’d dance around to in your underwear on a Sunday morning after waking up on the right side of the bed.” With new music out later this year, the engaging performers (above, doing “Change,” “Touch” and “Find Yourself” for Paste Studios)—who play live with guitarist Carey Clayton and drummer Danny Wolf—have been out on a monthlong tour that comes to a close at home on Friday night at Music Hall of Williamsburg. Alt-pop singer-songwriter Vesperteen opens the show.
