Jonatello Week 2025 - Day 1: Warming Up

Donnie didn’t anticipate the simple question “How’d you even get into mechanics anyways?” to earn him a deep dive into Casey’s family and childhood, but he’s starting to realize he doesn’t mind.

Okay so posting day 1 hella late but in my defense I only found out about this week the day before it started and I was at college orientation 😓 But I HAD to do this week, they’re my boys after all! They were fixation that ended up skyrocketing my TikTok account into relevancy last year and they still hold a special place in my heart :) Thinking of ideas for the prompts unburied all of my old hcs I had for these two (especially Casey) and I feel like I’m back in 2024 haha.

I’m probably gonna be late on the other days but I will definitely finish all the prompts at some point 😭🙏

tmv donnie and casey!!! i got a quick thing done after all yay ! i haven't been so active today but at least i did something 🥴👍

the way i personally interpreted this prompt was actually them warming up to each other in a friendship sense! specifically for tmv jonatello... casey never really hates donnie at all, but he is aware don probably has some slight issues with him at first 💔 however, as they start hanging out one on one more i think casey would be very happy (maybe even confused/lost LMAO) to realize don is also putting in effort to become closer!! 💜🖤

Ok so I made this for jonatello week and forgot to post it, and I JUST MADE ANOTHER AU!

So here it is.

This was supposed to be for Jonatello week: switcharoo but now I'm thinking of another au for this.

Essentially Casey is a puppy in a krangg bace who gets mutated. And April and her dad jailbreak out of the facility with Casey, April's dad instead of being a bat, I'd rather make him a moth. Because of Raph's bug phobia and no, I'm not drawing a cockroach, moths are one of the few bugs I can stand.

They come across the Homato brothers while scavenging for supplies, and while Casey's busy growling April's just smiling a shark tooth smile. Two started running while dragging the other two away.

April has light pink skin, hot pink tentacles for hair, and neon green eyes.

Casey is a terrier, foxhound mix.
