Hello September
In 12 days I'll be getting married.
Everything is coming together and I can't wait to see everyone. From Hawaii to Massachusetts, I'm so grateful to have our closest family & friends making the trip to the East Coast to share our special day.
Today was a success.
Mom and I went to get pedicures before heading off to run some wedding errands. Picked out champagne flutes, whiskey glasses, and a matching decanter for Jacob and I's table. Also, found my jewelry that I'll be wearing and my shoes! Agh, less than 50 days until we get married. Can it be September already!
Bridesmaid dresses have been ordered! Another thing to cross off my list! Yay, everything is slowly coming together.
Solo Road Trip Today I get to go on a solo road trip down to Ocean Isle Beach to have a cake tasting. I'm really excited because all the cakes I've seen come out of this bakery have been absolutely beautiful and haven't heard anything but amazing comments about how those cakes taste. Crossing my fingers that I'll love the cake and start putting my ideas down on paper for the wedding. Only 78 days left.
Wedding bands were purchased today and I'm happy to say that invitations will be sent out Monday morning. All the response cards have been addressed and stamped. Tomorrow I'll address the outer envelopes and fill them with the invitation, response cards/envelopes, and extra information.
Today has been a productive day/night and it's only 11pm.
