Of all the people the heed my call it was Jonoh who met me at the Sil'dih Ruins in Thanalan. I explained to her my need to destroy the golem I'd managed to trap in the ruins and she prepared herself for a fight. At first we had the advantage but then we quickly began to fall under the heavy blows. Who knew stone could be so tough? Jonoh saved my tail by destroying the creature's legs. It collapsed under its own weight, leaving behind an exposed core and also some fire. I might have accidentally set the fire. While we were putting it out a hyuran woman appeared and whisked the core away, leaving only tracks and the name of her ignominious organization; The Rising Ash.

Jonoh and I met at the Ossuary to compare notes. For me the trail had gone cold but she'd found a mention of the Rising Ash in a Revenge Order (a sort of order to kill what slew a person. Jonoh tells me this is a task usually handled by acolytes). Well I got it in my head to check for private airship flight logs and we indeed found some! And better still, that same ship had chartered a course to Dravania! We found us a ship of our own and set out. After that it was a simple task to infiltrate the ship, steal their vault keys from a sleeping roe and make off with our prize. Or prizES in Jonoh's case. I mean, it wasn't so simple. She dressed as the roe's paramour and crept into his room. She refused to say what she saw but I'm certain it was naked posters. In fact so strong was her reaction I'm convinced the posters were of HER! Anyroads, she stole a few extra items to mask our real prize and I made off with the golem's heart AND a Garuda's feather! I can't wait to [Redacted so Ath doesn't find out]!

Priestess Jonoh contacted me for another venture. To think that once I was barred from the Ossuary and now I'm finding steady work with them. A lot changes with time (and a few apology donations!) She had my 'fee' sent to my alternative address and I met with her the following day to track down this cursed mirror. Belah'dian relics are usually my focus when I'm poking around ruins but this time my attention was fixed firstly on the corpses and secondly on the... creature. I didn't get a look at it until after the fighting stopped and I could take my aetherspecs off but it had once been a lalafellin thaumaturge. We'd struck at it with magic and spear and then finally ripped it open with our blades. It was... barely recognizable as a man and it stank. Dear gods! I'm certain my clothes reek of it now too, even long after we burned it. The corpse, not my clothes. I washed those. Even so I'm glad the huntress didn't have to face it alone. Even if it was a... thing. Ugh.

After burning the Garlean's corpse I decided to head back to my research chambers to file the new alchemical recipe. I was surprised (quite literally) to find a member of the Arrzonath Ossuary in the halls. (I didn't scream, honest) She said her name was Jonoh and she was something of a grave keeper. We spent some time discussing burial rites. Did you know Garleans have rites even though they seem to be atheists? There's a lot of good reasons why, too! Anyroads, I offered to bring Miapoh to her at some point and discuss burial habits, and also introduce her to Veyha, at another time. I'm not sure Miapoh will want to meet with a stranger while she's on the lam but I'll give it a try!
