Fictional characters ain't real. The actors that portray them are real. Just because an actor says the character is real, TO THEM, is the actor's POV. The fictional character may be their bread and butter, of course they're gonna say something to generate excitement for the fans.
I say this, with love and affection, please get a grip. Put down your phone, close your laptops, and enjoy this catastrophic, unpredictable and crazy thing called life.
