I believe that justice systems all around the world, have really let the human race DOWN. Very rarely do we see a punishment that fits the crime. Take the 1993 murder case of James (Jamie) Patrick Bulger, at the age of two he was abducted tortured and murdered by two ten-year-old boys, Robert Thompson (born 23 August 1982) and Jon Venables (born 13 August 1982) a crime that without a doubt shocked Britain.

Venables and Thompson were released in 2001 on licence, after serving ONLY eight years for the murder of two-year-old James.

They lured James out of a shopping centre and took him to a railway line, where he was beaten with bricks and iron bars... actually lets outline exactly what happened, as reported by Dr. Alan Williams a Home Office Pathologist (1993):

- 22 Bruises - Splits and grazes on James's face and head  - 20 wounds on his body - Struck by at least 30 blows - Foreskin of penis pulled back - Stamped and kicked - Hit with bricks and iron bar - Body left to be severed by a train

If this information was made public, then you can only imagine what the investigators decided to keep to confidential.

After the culprits were released, they were both given new identities and new lives at the expense of the tax payers. In 2010 Venables then 31 years of age was recalled to prison for accessing images of child abuse, he was granted parole in July.

Surprise. Surprise. A young child murderer grew up to become a pedophilia

F.Y.I: There is a worldwide order not to identify the appearance, whereabouts, movements or new identities of Jon Venables or Robert Thompson.
