Nina's developing abilities allow her to see Jordie's ghost, and this raises questions.

YALL WE R GETTING KAZ’S BACKSTORY IN THE FIRST EPISODE
UPDATE: ACCORDING TO IMDB THEYRE IN THE FIRST TWO EPISODES SO FAR … THIS IS TOO MUCH AAA
Alright, picture this.
A girl and and a boy, around 5 years old, twins.
The girl has pale skin and brown hair
The boy has darker skin and pitch black hair
Both of them have coffee black eyes.
And on the walls touching the stairs in the the Slat, both of them are making a huge painting, of the crows, and they label it, "my family"
And Kaz is yelling, "Jordan, Asha, what do you think your doing!" (Asha is inejs cuzin btw)
"We made a picture" They both say with the most cutest ass puppy eyes ever.
Kaz folds like dry laundry.
"Just get up here or I'll call your mother" Kaz says, he cant say no to his kids, like inej is the strict parent and none of you can change my opinion
It's just so funny to me how it's always said older siblings are inherently second parents to the younger siblings. Especially how mostly in media it's portrayed that a good older sibling will be selfless and sacrifice for the younger one whereas a bad one will mostly be someone who doesn't really pay attention to the younger one. Like, my brother in christ, the child u birthed a few years ago cannot and should not be like a parent to ur second child. That child has dreams and aspirations of their own, autonomy of their own. Why must they be subject to such preposterous criteria just to be a good person in ur eyes?
