Guess what books I've been re-reading lately ? Guess which characters get all my love this time over as well ? I'd die for a William spinoff. I know it won't happen, but I'd read the hell out of it. A seven year old with plans for God taking over the underworld, necromancers, ghouls and lichkins under his thumb ? Count me in. Several times over.

This is a redraw of an older piece I once won a prize with, an advanced copy of The girl and the stars that still sits on one of my shelves. I find it a little... Bad-looking now, let's say, but it's good to remember that it seemed good enough to submit to a contest back then.

Older piece in question below, I've been looking at those pieces side by side for five solid minutes with the occasional appreciative nod. I thought maybe I should have kept the cogs but in the end it didn't feel too fitting.

Reading the second book of The Broken Empire and I'm disappointed with the number of posts. Jorg is so Tumblr worthy, you guys would eat him alive. Or the other way round. Probably the other way round. I mean he did eat a necromancer's heart for spite. Anyways read it.

I just think it’s a really funny coincidence that the Spiders Georg meme started in 2013. I know of exactly one other character named Georg, that being Jorg Ancrath (King of Thorns, 2012,) who canonically ate nothing but live spiders for a week to assert his dominance.
