YES! THIS! #Repost @joeyunlee (@get_repost) ・・・ Our President continues to reveal himself as the racist and coward-in-chief we already believed him to be. Though I'm now able to speak from the security and comfort of my liberal cushion, I will never forget feeling "ethnic" and "different" growing up in Indiana. I grew up in an environment of hard working class families and midwest sensibilities, but not without micro-aggressions. Post election, my heart went out to every minority boy and girl in america who would go back to school the next day feeling a bit more ostracized and foreign. Instead of calming these anxieties, our president has chosen to perpetuate them. There's no real eloquent way to say it: This hurts. And so, I put paint to canvas. This is a racist painting. #josephleeart
