I don't think it's too much to ask to expect a certain level of 'shit together' from most people in a company providing employment but I can't name one person above me that has their shit together enough to be competent. If I were on the outside looking in I would think this were some scam run by inept morons. Unfortunately it's a real company that employs inept morons to do all the admin work and hires new photographers every year and doesn't actually fucking train them.
