Journaling actually helps, it's like talking to a friend. And instead of 1 word captions to sum up my day, I have now switched to drawings and doodles. I've skipped 2 days so far which is the 4th and 5th. I'm not sure if there's anything relevant that happened that day cos I couldn't quite remember so I wasn't able to write anything in it. I know this is suppose to be a planner but there are far more better things I could write in it aside from planning things ahead. Or ticking off to do lists for the day. Although sometimes I still write important things I need to do or dates to remember just to keep me on track cos I tend to be forgetful. I started out a bullet journal last year but wasn't really able to keep up with it so now I'm back with using planners as my journal. I've been writing on planners ever sine college and I've been keeping them. Sometimes I feel nostalgic whenever I read my entries from previous years. I wish I could just go back to the happy times.
