October 13 - October 14

Redrawn screencaps. I giggled while I drew both of these. I LOVE the hapless expressions or the exaggerated chibi-esc expressions of Demon Slayer. I will not claim I wrote/drew the writing on the back of Sanemi’s shirt correctly, in fact, I may have butchered it some lol These were really fun though. I had to actually think about characters interacting with each other and where to draw what so I wouldn’t have to erase so much.

Hahahaha! Giyu’s face continuously cracks me up.

October 9 and October 10

I wanted drawtober to be the Shinazugawa brothers, but that didn’t mean I couldn’t add others if they were in the scenes 🥰 The scenes I chose are all over the place but I really enjoyed them. Throughout this, I learned that Sanemi is harder for me to draw than Genya. That spiky anime hair got me every time.

Currently, I have completed drawtober (I skipped the weekends for how busy mine were this year, so that’s 23 drawings in total). I am proud I was still able to accomplish this.

October 15, October 16, October 17

Redrawn Screencaps. These three days, I was extremely busy but for some reason, Genya is easier for me to draw, so he a lot of attention. All three, he’s interacted with Tanjiro in some capacity and I love it. 🤣 Actually, the second and third one are in the same scene.

I was playing around with how I could show shading on a dark/black piece of clothing and kept changing my mind. I do enjoy how shading looks when it’s with the lines, not quite hatching.

I’m finally getting around to playing Majora’s mask this year after watching the same play-through for two years. I LOVE this game and the story of it. I wanted to draw my own fanart for it :)


I wanted to mimic the thick lines and dark shading that the original concept art had but with more saturated colors. I did learn that Majora’s Mask Link is the Link that becomes the Hero’s Shade in Twilight Princess and I wanted to incorporate that as well ☺️
