Didn’t get a chance for a run til 8, glad because the weather was more reasonable then at dusk, temps in the 70’s without the glaring sun of earlier. Didn’t feel great but better than the last couple days and good enough to do 12 miles in the hazy humid park (did you see in the news, it was 104 F in Paris today!). Supposed to meet the Saturday morning gang for a run tomorrow morning at 8 am. Don’t know if I’ll make it. Might rain in the morning. If so, the forecast might call for sleeping in...
