Meet my new OC, Joyce!

Joyce is, as you may be able to tell, a Joy. However, she is NOT a nurse, and do not ever mistake her for one.
Please click the link above for a full explanation and backstory of how a Joy ended up with Team Rocket. She and her partner Miltank have gone through a lot, and things are really just starting.
She wears sunglasses to hide her face, because despite her hairstyle she still gets recognized a lot. Chasing her is her childhood friend Jenny, who grew up to be on the opposite side of the law and is now trying to capture her former friend, but maybe also to convince her to come back.
Joyce currently travels along with Jessie, James and Meowth, because she did not do too well in training, so Giovanni put her with the other losers. Aside from some misunderstandings and tensions with Jessie, things actually go surprisingly well... except of course, catching Pokémon. That one still doesn't really work out.
